Parts Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team and enhance the automotive parts distribution network across the US.

• Develop and sustain a motivated, results-oriented sales team.

• Collaborate with selected dealerships and dealer groups to increase bpro parts sales.

• Create market and account strategies.

• Gather and share real-time account and competitive insights.

• Conduct analytical evaluations and lead field teams.

• Offer extensive program support for the designated region.

• Establish direct connections with dealership management, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial clients.

• Collaborate with dealer and corporate stakeholders.

• Design, execute, and manage a national automotive parts sales and distribution initiative.

• Recruit, hire, and retain personnel for automotive wholesale parts.

• Serve as the main client liaison, coordinating communications and resources.

• Develop, implement, and adjust project work plans.

• Generate reports, scorecards, deliverables, and analyses.

• Monitor deliverables, issues, risks, and action items.

• Ensure data accuracy and carry out QA processes and peer reviews.

• Partner with client teams to achieve financial objectives and staffing needs.

• Create tools, guides, and presentations.

• Negotiate and oversee client commitments and expectations.

• Track program objectives and provide performance evaluations.

• Enhance team performance and establish performance metrics.

• Document sales, market, and competitive data daily.

• Supply weekly market insights and sales performance summaries.

• Prepare ad-hoc executive management reports.

• Manage program Profit & Loss.

• Perform regular financial and program evaluations.

• Ensure contractual compliance and facilitate project transitions, stabilization, and daily operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale sector.

• Professional analytical expertise to identify opportunities, trends, and irregularities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Highly interpersonal with skills in team-building and participative management.

• Self-driven individual capable of working with minimal oversight.

• High proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least five years of equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with dealership, fleet, installer, collision, automotive parts distribution, and aftermarket parts and service operations.

• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.

• Previous program management experience.

• Ability to maintain professional-level communication in English and any additional languages required by the project client.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.

• Capability to execute training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation, and product demonstrations.

• Ability to make business decisions using logical reasoning and deliver solution-oriented outcomes.

• Proven capability to operate effectively with limited managerial oversight.

• Willingness to travel for several days and engage in extended physical activities during training seminars.

• Capacity to lift at least 50 lbs without injury.
