β’ Develop and maintain a systematic approach to assess the opportunities presented by partners β evaluating demand, determining fit, and generating clear go/no-go recommendations to ensure we allocate resources effectively.
β’ Drive the opportunity assessment process from start to finish: assess deal value (volume, TCO/ROI, FTE displacement), evaluate commercial and technical feasibility, and prioritize opportunities based on our strategic goals.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to identify which deals and accounts to emphasize and accelerate, transforming this into a transparent, shared pipeline view that both partners and internal teams can utilize.
β’ Establish the commercial and technical enablement tools that empower partners to qualify, sell, and implement independently β including pricing guidelines, playbooks, demo materials, qualification criteria, and onboarding processes.
β’ Create the optimal structure for each partnership β defining roles, commercial terms, hand-offs, and SLAs β and ensure its implementation across various branches and teams involved.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales and Deployment teams to prioritize accounts, sequence delivery, and ensure that the deals we pursue transition effectively from signed to live.
β’ Maintain a centralized source of truth for the partner pipeline and opportunity status, and facilitate regular alignment meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to keep priorities on track.
β’ 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, or a commercial/GTM role where you were responsible for analysis and decision-making β beyond mere execution.
β’ Strong analytical and organizational abilities β capable of sizing a market or deal, creating straightforward models (TCO, ROI, unit economics), and quickly transforming complex inputs into a concise go/no-go recommendation.
β’ Strategic insight β able to swiftly identify the true value in a deal, and comfortable declining opportunities that do not justify the effort.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally β able to align leadership, sales, deployments, and partners around common priorities, both in written and verbal formats.
β’ Highly structured and organized β able to bring order and processes to ambiguous, rapidly evolving partner pipelines.

β’ Comprehensive Benefits - Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
β’ Top-Tier Compensation - Competitive salary plus equity in a high-growth startup.
β’ Ownership & Autonomy - Full ownership of projects with the ability to deliver quickly.
β’ Opportunity to join a high-growth AI startup backed by leading investors.
