Partnerships Manager, Creator & Content

📋 Description

• Lead the growth, performance, and strategic vision of our live-streaming creator portfolio, relationships with game providers, and broader content partnerships.

• Collaborate directly with the founders and leadership team across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to expand MyPrize’s creator network, secure impactful promotions, and ensure MyPrize stays at the cutting edge of gaming and live content innovation.

• Develop and oversee a strong partnerships pipeline involving creators, content aggregators, brand partners, and game studios, aiding in the scaling of successful initiatives and unlocking new possibilities within MyPrize’s diverse multi-product offerings.

• Stay attuned to trends in creators, streamers, gaming, collectibles, live selling, social commerce, prediction markets, and emerging internet culture to pinpoint high-impact partnership and growth opportunities.

• Supervise and manage MyPrize’s current live-streaming and creator portfolio, ensuring robust performance, consistent activations, and alignment with company growth objectives.

• Proactively identify new creators across live-streaming, social platforms, and emerging content formats. Establish and maintain a robust, healthy, and consistent sales and partnerships pipeline that includes live-streaming creators, social influencers, brand partners, and new content categories.

• Collaborate with executives to pitch, sell, and finalize agreements with creators on optimal deal structures to simultaneously enhance entertainment content on the platform.

• Retain and grow existing creators by optimizing their content creation schedules, unlocking additional revenue opportunities, and aligning incentives for long-term success.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for game providers. Manage and maintain MyPrize’s ongoing relationships with game providers.

• Work closely with game content providers to secure continuous marketing promotions, exclusive content opportunities, and commercial discounts that boost user acquisition, engagement, and margin performance.

• Actively monitor and manage MyPrize’s competitive landscape across both US and international markets.

• Assist in expanding MyPrize’s creator, influencer, and affiliate partner network to foster growth across MyPrize’s growing multi-product suite, which includes social gaming, prediction markets, sports offerings, and future verticals.

• Identify and nurture new brand and strategic partnership opportunities that integrate creators, exclusive content, and promotional activations to accelerate awareness and platform growth.

• Establish clear performance metrics for creator campaigns, partnerships, and game content initiatives. Provide structured reporting and insights to leadership by translating performance data into actionable recommendations.

• Support the negotiation, contracting, and ongoing management of partnership agreements while developing scalable systems and processes to ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage creator and partner relationships with strong operational discipline, ensuring accurate communication, organized pipeline management, and smooth execution throughout negotiations, onboarding, and launches.

• Track competitors, creator programs, and market trends across gaming, streaming, sports, and social platforms to keep MyPrize at the forefront of digital entertainment and creator-led growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, creator management, business development, or content strategy within high-growth consumer technology or gaming companies.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the capability to manage creators, studios, and commercial partners with professionalism and strategic insight.

• Strong quantitative and rapid math skills, able to comfortably assess commercial terms, creator economics, revenue share structures, campaign performance, and partnership profitability.

• Proficient in AI, with a solid understanding of modern AI tools and LLM-driven workflows to enhance productivity, research, outreach, organization, content analysis, and operational execution.

• Organize, structure, and maintain partnerships and content-related CRM, ensuring data integrity throughout the pipeline continuously.

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnership opportunities that generate measurable growth.

• Strong commercial instincts with experience in negotiating promotions, revenue share agreements, and strategic collaborations.

• Effective prioritization skills that balance speed with the pursuit of excellence.

• Clear and efficient communicator with excellent project management abilities and the capacity to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to assess creator performance, partnership ROI, and content portfolio impact.

• Ability to operate urgently and precisely in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.

• Strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple concurrent negotiations, commercial discussions, and deadlines without compromising quality.
