This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of approximately 5 outsourced finance partner companies.
• Establish robust communication channels with partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
• Facilitate channel growth through targeted business development efforts, including referrals and cold outreach.
• Manage customer targets related to partner-sourced opportunities, encompassing forecasting, pipeline tracking, and meeting monthly/annual objectives.
• Assist in defining the playbook for scaling this initiative across various potential partners.
• Create and oversee joint go-to-market strategies with partners to generate mutual value and expedite customer acquisition.
• Work closely with internal teams to equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and information to thrive.
• Track partner performance, report on key metrics, and implement strategies that enhance outcomes for both partners and the organization.
• Serve as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring feedback mechanisms for ongoing improvement.
• 3-5 years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development roles within a technology or services company.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence to engage senior leadership.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
• Excel in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and possess the ability to maintain momentum across teams.
