This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic SaaS partners throughout the EMEA region
• Create and implement partner business strategies that align with Mitto’s growth goals
• Establish strong relationships with partner executives, sales managers, and key decision-makers
• Generate new revenue opportunities by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines
• Identify potential for Mitto’s customer engagement solutions within partner ecosystems
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to expedite deal progression
• Conduct partner enablement sessions to ensure a solid understanding of Mitto’s products and value proposition
• Implement joint go-to-market strategies, including campaigns, webinars, events, and account mapping
• Assist in partner-led customer presentations, workshops, and executive meetings
• Increase the adoption of Mitto’s integrations and enhance Mitto’s visibility within enterprise B2C accounts across EMEA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Sales
• Background in CPaaS, Customer Engagement, CRM, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or MarTech ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and grow strategic technology partnerships
• Strong commercial acumen with a successful history of generating pipeline and revenue via partnerships
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, and additional European languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel throughout EMEA for partner meetings, customer interactions, industry events, and conferences
