Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with accounting firms throughout the region using a consultative, B2B sales methodology.

• Take ownership of the complete client experience for Business Rewards Account clients, from initiating introductions to onboarding and funding.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to address clients' additional lending requirements.

• Oversee a regional portfolio of accounting firms, which includes cold outreach, warm inbound interactions, and active referrals.

• Establish trust and credibility to position Allica as the most recommended bank among accountants.

• Enhance Allica's visibility across firms, stakeholders, colleagues, and offices through regional travel and face-to-face meetings.

• Present Business Rewards Accounts and other banking products to firms and their clients.

• Qualify and connect clients with lending needs, such as commercial mortgage applicants, to the suitable Relationship Manager.

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for firms at Allica.

• Deliver and consistently enhance the Accountants Playbook.

• Organize regional activities, including lunch and learns, roundtables, and other events.

• Provide firms with Partnerships Packs, marketing materials, and collaborative initiatives.

• Keep accurate portfolio records in the CRM and monitor and report on pipeline progress.

• Collaborate across Allica to ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and account management.

• Strong comprehension of SMEs and the role of professional advisors, especially accountants.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proven ability to earn trust from partners, customers, and colleagues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for both in-person and virtual meetings and events.

• Confidence in managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline developments.

• Commercially savvy, balancing revenue generation with considerations of risk and reputation.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with specialist colleagues such as Relationship Managers and Marketing teams.

• Must currently reside in the UK.

• Willingness to travel regionally and participate in face-to-face meetings.

• Capability to engage with accounting firms across the North East region.
