This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for a designated portfolio of association, referral, and channel partners on a daily basis.

• Develop and maintain active engagement plans for current partners, which include regular check-ins, coordinating content, and fulfilling campaigns.

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partnership opportunities brought forth by the VP or through your personal network.

• Monitor partner commitments and deliverables, ensuring that both Ncontracts and partner obligations are fulfilled punctually.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to communicate partnership activities and ensure that referral leads are accurately attributed and followed up on.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of partner-facing programs, including webinars, co-branded campaigns, e-blasts, events, sponsored articles, and advertising placements.

• Work with Growth Marketing to ensure partnership campaigns align with broader marketing calendars and brand standards.

• Keep partner content, profiles, and creative assets updated across relevant platforms.

• Organize internal workflows and documentation to maintain visibility and consistency across all active partnership initiatives.

• Assist with logistics for trade shows and conferences, including sponsorship coordination and on-site presence as required.

• Represent Ncontracts at industry events, association meetings, and functions sponsored by partners.

• Provide insights on industry needs to the thought leadership content team, including suggestions for blog posts, webinar scripts, and co-authored materials, in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.

• Stay updated on trends and developments in the financial institution and fintech sectors to refine partnership strategies and content themes.

• Monitor and report on essential partnership metrics, including campaign performance, referral activity, partner engagement, and program ROI.

• Maintain precise CRM records for partner contacts, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce or similar platforms.

• Deliver regular status updates to the VP regarding program health, upcoming milestones, and any potential risks or blockers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, channel marketing, association engagement, or business development, preferably within financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS.

• Proven track record of managing partner relationships and marketing programs from initiation to delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present comfortably to external stakeholders.

• Proficient in CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and project management tools.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple programs concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• A self-starter able to work independently in a remote setting while staying in sync with team priorities.

• Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape within financial institutions (community banks, credit unions, fintechs).

• Established relationships within banking associations (ABA, ICBA, CUNA/America's Credit Unions, state leagues, etc.).

• Over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
