β’ Support the approval and tracking of expenses.
β’ Assist in data and reporting tasks, including the preparation of pre-approvals, post-event reports, analysis of outcomes, collection of feedback, and suggestions for enhancements.
β’ Oversee team calendars to guarantee event coverage.
β’ Organize and provide assistance for events and marketing materials, including managing inventory.
β’ Aid in departmental audits by ensuring accurate records and files related to events, budgets, and compliance requirements are verified and maintained in the CRM.
β’ Prepare and reconcile expense reports in accordance with budgets.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of event planning and budget management procedures.
β’ Help with event protocols, such as obtaining verification for event insurance and other necessary documents.
β’ Collaborate with the Partnership team to identify industry events and potential strategic partnerships.
β’ Coordinate internal meetings by handling scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, program coordination, or event management, including familiarity with expense reporting and analytics.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word is required.
