📋 Description

• Define project objectives and success criteria while creating project plans, milestones, and decision-making points.

• Evaluate the commercial feasibility of the mangrove-integrated mud crab model in collaboration with implementing partners.

• Analyze structural impediments within the Theory of Change.

• Introduce an innovative, entrepreneurial viewpoint to the strategic approach.

• Track and report progress, while managing risks and issues effectively.

• Bridge information gaps between local partners and global teams.

• Produce written analyses, options memos, and strategic recommendations for work planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in coordinating administrative processes.

• Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on a customer-centric approach.

• Background in business writing, editing, and proofreading.

• Capability in organizing time and managing a variety of tasks to meet deadlines.

• Experience in collaborating across teams and effectively communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
