This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new sponsorship revenue, implement retention and renewal strategies, and achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives at high-value organizations, ensuring that The Suite is recognized as a valued and prominent partner.
• Develop, manage, and renew a strong portfolio of existing sponsor relationships—identifying new opportunities for upselling and expansion.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to effectively onboard partners and advocate for best-in-class experiences from the outset.
• Create, refine, and deliver impactful collateral—including presentations, sales materials, and thought leadership pieces.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting, with a keen focus on upcoming renewals, risk indicators, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Lead renewal negotiations with clarity, efficiency, and compelling business cases that resonate with decision-makers.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy—tracking activities, feedback, metrics, and outcomes to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Empower partners through proactive communication of value, fostering loyalty via exceptional service, and addressing challenges directly.
• Advance The Suite’s AI-centric strategy by contributing to the design and implementation of automations and agent-driven workflows that enhance impact and enrich the partner experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering results in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or client solutions roles.
• Proven success managing senior-level relationships within complex organizations—preferably with experience in the tech, finance, or startup sectors.
• Natural collaborator and communicator, with the ability to establish rapport and influence at all levels within a partner organization.
• Demonstrated history of meeting (or exceeding) ambitious sales/revenue targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Strong project and process management abilities—adept at navigating complex renewals with strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience contributing to AI-driven or automation initiatives—whether by designing automations, developing agents, or advocating for new workflow adoption.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the capacity to create executive-ready materials and convey insights with clarity and impact.
• Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a “solutions-first” mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in facing challenges.
• Familiarity or strong connections within the technology, financial services, and/or banking sectors are considered advantageous.
