• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client adoption, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes through Teachstone solutions.
• Function as a trusted advisor by comprehending client objectives, collaborating on methods to reach those objectives, and maintaining robust, ongoing relationships.
• Act as the internal advocate for clients by collecting feedback and partnering with internal teams to improve Teachstone offerings and address client requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation processes to guarantee a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing clients.
• Oversee the logistics of contract delivery and renewal, ensuring all client agreements are executed effectively.
• Track client health metrics, identify potential risks, and proactively devise solutions to promote long-term client success.
• Engage in regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from Teachstone solutions and maintain a strong, positive relationship.
• Prepare and present comprehensive client reports, highlighting successes and offering actionable recommendations for further service optimization.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Teachstone’s products and service solutions to effectively assist clients and meet their needs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams to drive overall team success and cultivate a culture of cooperation.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience in client success, account management, service delivery/implementation, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, establish trust, and drive client success.
• Knowledge of educational structures and best practices in child and teacher development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and engaging effectively with clients.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive Suite).
• Familiarity with the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS®) and Teachstone products is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
