Partnership Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the partner relationship from the initial discussions through to renewal and beyond, establishing yourself as their trusted point of contact.

• Listen attentively to each partner's objectives and challenges, ensuring your support is customized, pertinent, and proactive.

• Communicate with clarity and empathy—whether navigating difficult conversations or celebrating successes.

• Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they escalate, providing solutions that align with both partner requirements and company objectives.

• Work collaboratively across various internal teams (technology, product, curriculum) to ensure the partner experience is smooth and cohesive.

• Acknowledge partners' achievements with intentional gestures that resonate with their values and successes.

• Monitor milestones and outcomes throughout partner programs to guide strategy and encourage ongoing improvement.

• Tailor your communication style to connect with each partner effectively—whether through drop-ins, virtual meetings, thoughtful emails, or a quick celebratory text.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of teaching experience in classroom settings (public or private education).

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a natural talent for building rapport and trust.

• A servant-leader mindset—willing to get involved personally to assist a partner in succeeding.

• High emotional intelligence and the resilience to remain emotionally engaged during complex or stressful situations.

• Confidence in managing challenging conversations with poise, empathy, and clarity.

• Proficiency with technology platforms such as G-Suite, HubSpot, Slack, and various CRMs.

• Demonstrated organizational and follow-up skills—your calendar and inbox are your superpowers.

• A strong sense of integrity—you would return a lost wallet with the cash still inside.
