Partnership Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective coordination and progress of external partnerships within Coalitions & Partnerships initiatives.

• Ensure the consistent implementation of relationship management systems and workflows.

• Keep track of relationship activities, follow-ups, and engagement pipelines.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain workflows for documenting and progressing relationship activities.

• Oversee data quality and completeness; identify discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.

• Generate regular summaries and reports on relationship pipelines, follow-up statuses, and engagement trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, CRM management, or roles focused on relationships within nonprofit, academic, or partnership-driven contexts.

• Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and maintaining data integrity.

• Excellent organizational and workflow management abilities, with the capability to coordinate multiple simultaneous processes.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to operational planning and problem-solving.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

• Experience in supporting coalition-based or partnership-oriented initiatives.

• Knowledge of pipeline tracking and stakeholder engagement workflows.

• Experience working with Business Intelligence or data teams.

• Familiarity with classical liberal ideas and the mission of IHS.
