Partnership Marketing Manager – EU market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including YouTube, websites, media, Instagram, coupon platforms, and CPA networks.

• Onboard new affiliate partners for Skylum products, establishing agreements to ensure clarity in terms.

• Review videos, media, metadata, and additional content to verify alignment with contractual obligations.

• Initiate, oversee, and enhance affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns across primary regions.

• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaigns, modify commission structures, and optimize budget distribution.

• Develop, maintain, and reactivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators.

• Assess historical and current data to refine affiliate strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth asset delivery and campaign coordination.

• Investigate, evaluate, and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in affiliate marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience achieving results in affiliate/partnership or influencer marketing.

• Profound understanding of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools at an advanced level.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing campaigns and workflows.

• Familiarity with CPA.

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is highly advantageous.

• A data-oriented mindset; strong analytical and fraud management capabilities.

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to self-organize and embrace challenges, seeking innovative solutions to problems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
