This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the operational stability for designated providers, focusing on incident management, escalations, and SLA adherence.
• Keep provider-related documentation, commercial agreements, and integration statuses up to date.
• Assist internal business units with consultations related to providers, resolution of issues, and analysis of cases.
• Organize regular synchronization meetings with providers.
• Oversee the implementation of agreements, action items, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure that provider materials remain accessible and relevant, including demos, game descriptions, releases, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Account Management teams to coordinate provider promotional campaigns.
• Generate regular operational and performance reports for the assigned providers.
• Propel revenue growth and provider distribution throughout the operator network.
• Create and implement tailored growth strategies for each provider.
• Negotiate enhanced commercial terms, exclusive agreements, and strategic opportunities.
• Initiate and foster joint marketing and promotional initiatives with providers.
• Assist Sales and Account Management teams with proactive provider promotion.
• Conduct internal presentations, training sessions, and business enablement activities.
• Analyze provider performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with providers.
• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships through consistent communication and face-to-face interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, specifically in iGaming.
• Strong comprehension of the provider, aggregator, and operator ecosystem.
• Experience in managing B2B relationships, cross-functional teams, and commercial negotiations.
• Familiarity with casino content, promotions, and key performance metrics (GGR/NGR, revenue share, integrations).
• Proficient in English and Russian at a C1 level (both written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or comparable tools; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities; skilled user of spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ownership mindset with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
