Partnership Manager, Education Organization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify, research, and compile a focused list of potential partners within the education sector.

• Execute organized outreach efforts to educational counselors, schools, colleges, research clubs, media organizations, and other pertinent entities.

• Discover, propose, and secure new partnership opportunities to foster regional growth.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current partners to guarantee long-term collaboration and engagement.

• Oversee and monitor partnership pipelines, activities, and performance utilizing internal systems or CRM tools.

• Continuously optimize outreach strategies and partnership methods to enhance conversion rates and expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the education sector, ideally with experience collaborating with educational counselors or academic institutions.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Account/Relationship Junior/Specialist in an international setting, with English as the primary language of communication.

• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven capability to independently generate leads and establish partnership pipelines from the ground up.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Documented success in conducting outreach and finalizing partnership agreements.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
