• Oversee your sales pipeline using HubSpot.
• Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups.
• Develop proposals and quotes.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance your sales skills on a weekly basis.
• Work alongside BDRs, marketing, customer success teams, and leadership.
• Take responsibility for your sales targets and personal development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, ideally in B2B, education, SaaS, EdTech, or consultative sales environments.
• Ability to operate within US time zones.
• Comfort in engaging with school and district leaders.
• Strong work ethic and a readiness to be held accountable.
• Capacity to learn and adhere to a sales playbook.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales technology.
• A strong desire for rapid growth.
