
Partnership Executive – Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop processes and cross-departmental project plans for the onboarding of major strategic clients.
• Oversee communications with client contacts ranging from C-level executives to general staff.
• Drive client deliverables, which include metric reporting and the establishment of governance frameworks.
• Execute efficiently by training client personnel and creating detailed procedural documentation.
• Assess productivity and capacity to provide essential insights for strategic client planning.
• Recognize trends in service delivery to proactively manage client expectations and outcomes.
• Create and present executive-level presentations about ReSource Pro’s engagement and services.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to identify and explore opportunities for service expansion.
• Conduct process improvement sessions to enhance operational effectiveness for our partners.
• Address complex escalations to ensure compliance with standards for both internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with IT and various internal functional departments to achieve common objectives and deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry within an MGA/RGA or carrier environment.
• More than 10 years in a customer-facing delivery role managing extensive relationships.
• At least 10 years of experience applying Project or Program Management methodologies.
• Strong leadership presence complemented by exceptional executive presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50-60%) to client locations to sustain partnerships and foster growth.
• Experience in leading change management initiatives and planning cultural transformations.
• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to adjust personal work styles to meet client requirements.
