πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver senior-level compliance consulting services to investment advisers, as well as broker-dealers and private fund managers when applicable.

β€’ Oversee ongoing client relationships, ensuring the provision of high-quality service throughout annual engagements and project-based initiatives.

β€’ Lead and conduct intricate compliance reviews, both remotely and on-site.

β€’ Author and evaluate disclosure documents, policies, procedures, and various regulatory materials.

β€’ Counsel clients on regulatory changes, risk factors, and best practices within the industry.

β€’ Play a role in the creation, enhancement, and launch of new and innovative service offerings.

β€’ Assist in the tactical execution of newly introduced services.

β€’ Aid in the development and delivery of internal training programs to ensure consistent implementation across the consulting team.

β€’ Act as a senior subject matter expert for consultants, VPs, and Directors throughout the organization.

β€’ Collaborate with sales teams to bolster business development initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A law degree or extensive compliance experience is mandatory.

β€’ Substantial experience (generally 8–12+ years) in investment adviser compliance, with a strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

β€’ Preference for candidates with experience in private funds; familiarity with CFTC/NFA and/or FINRA regulations is advantageous.

β€’ Previous experience in compliance consulting is a plus.

β€’ Proven capability to analyze intricate regulatory matters and offer clear, practical advice.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

β€’ Demonstrated proficiency as a senior individual contributor in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

β€’ Experience in contributing to service development, training, or internal projects is highly regarded.

β€’ Availability and readiness to travel as necessary.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
