This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Function as the expert technical liaison between NiCE and its partners.
β’ Provide partners with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to achieve unique customer outcomes.
β’ Serve as a reliable technical go-to-market consultant, assisting partners in evolving from users of NiCE technology to independent, high-performing advocates.
β’ Oversee partner readiness throughout NiCE's AI portfolio.
β’ Equip partners with the expertise to convert customer business challenges into tangible AI solution designs.
β’ Proven experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in customer experience/contact center settings.
β’ Ability to convert business results into AI use cases and define success criteria.
β’ Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, integrations, and responsible AI principles; along with experience in supporting AI Proofs of Value, pilots, or customer validation efforts.
