This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily support for sales and partners for the ISO Partner Manager teams.
• Update and maintain partner contact details and records within Salesforce.
• Collaborate across departments with colleagues from Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Communicate promptly with partners regarding deal progress.
• Assist Partner Support Specialists in various sales support tasks.
• Engage with potential partners to evaluate candidacy and relay approval or decline status.
• Gather necessary onboarding documents and submit them to the Onboarding team.
• Manage all ISO recertification tasks to ensure account accuracy and updates.
• Keep partners informed about underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a sales team or B2B sales, ideally in the MCA/short-term lending sector or Payment Processing.
• A self-starter who is highly independent in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong personal accountability, time management, and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented leader with an emphasis on proactive relationship building.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and phone skills.
• Experience in contract and partnership negotiations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proven ability to achieve metrics and quality performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
