This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for educators utilizing Curriculum Associates’ products and services.
• Deliver proactive implementation assistance for designated implementations through efficiency tools and planned outreach.
• Offer responsive support to educators requiring help with program implementation.
• Employ account support plans, efficiency tools, and processes to ensure educator support and ongoing communication.
• Establish educator accounts for successful implementation and onboard accounts within expected timelines.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop implementation plans.
• Utilize implementation health data to identify and resolve areas of concern with internal team members and educators.
• Assist educators in analyzing student performance and growth data using the i-Ready platform.
• Manipulate i-Ready Assessment and Instruction data in Excel to aid educators in understanding implementation success.
• Address ad hoc reporting requirements based on territory specifications.
• Facilitate account renewals by building relationships with key decision-makers and providing high-quality educator service.
• Recognize product expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales team members to grow existing accounts.
• Support territory pilot strategies with new and existing users to achieve high conversion rates.
• Integrate the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion messaging in both internal and educator-facing discussions.
• Travel periodically for school visits, educator events, and company-wide national and regional meetings.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, teaching, or a combination thereof.
• A blend of education and experience demonstrating competency in the role's requirements.
• Proficiency in Outlook, SalesForce.com, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365).
• Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric abilities.
• Capability to quickly learn and apply new and complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently with some guidance, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in following complex directions.
• Effective decision-making, ownership, and accountability; capable of managing ambiguity, stressful situations, and tight deadlines.
• Integrity, ethical standards, and a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to start within 30 days of accepting the offer.
• Availability to support CST and EST hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business.
• Preferred but not mandatory: 2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, teaching, or a combination.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Prior experience as a K-12 Educator, in Education Sales, or in Customer Management.
