This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate and finalize new client implementations within a 90-day timeframe.
• Oversee the thorough onboarding of requested listings, public records, and other data feeds for all current clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as necessary to guarantee a complete, timely, and successful implementation.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and evaluate client satisfaction levels.
• Create, organize, disseminate, gather, and report on semi-annual client satisfaction surveys.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
• Prepare for and lead quarterly meetings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and gain insight into their strategic roadmap.
• Manage the renewal process from beginning to end.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or project management.
• Highly organized and driven by success, possessing strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
