This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and oversee role-specific partner enablement, onboarding, certification, product training, and continuous knowledge programs.
• Evaluate partner capabilities, pinpoint readiness gaps, and implement remediation plans with defined milestones and responsibilities.
• Ensure partners are equipped to effectively position Kinaxis solutions, qualify opportunities, and utilize Kinaxis resources.
• Promote the adoption of approved tools, processes, programs, and new product/solution launches.
• Establish and enhance partner delivery readiness and standards to guarantee consistent implementation quality and customer outcomes.
• Manage partner operations, governance, business reviews, pipeline cadence, scorecards, records, approvals, and action tracking.
• Collaborate with VAR sales leaders to develop account plans, campaigns, qualified pipelines, and revenue opportunities.
• Lead pipeline reviews, track opportunity progression and CRM hygiene, and coordinate internal resources to advance key deals.
• Analyze pipeline and sales performance metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Cultivate strong executive and functional relationships and create joint business plans with partners.
• Align Kinaxis and partner stakeholders on priorities, responsibilities, investments, and execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partner capabilities, market reach, industry scope, and geographic presence.
• Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing customer outcomes and Kinaxis business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or partner operations.
• Experience collaborating with VARs, system integrators, software partners, or indirect go-to-market models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and partner economics.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, measurable milestones, and effective execution across stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive engagement skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM, reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and functions with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience in supply chain planning, SaaS, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• Preferred: Experience managing global/multi-regional partner portfolios, partner enablement, certifications, demand generation, channel programs, or complex co-sell models.
