This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio of business consisting of strategic partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, equipping them with the tools needed to enhance product sales and consumer engagement.
• Develop and manage operational readiness strategies for new major accounts, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with partner executives on program health, joint business strategies, market coordination, and long-term commitments.
• Take ownership of newly signed enterprise partnerships to guarantee timely Revenue Starts and ACV achievement.
• Navigate complex commercial discussions as joint go-to-market sales approaches evolve.
• Work together to manage partner sales pipelines, identify opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and enhance conversion techniques.
• Collaborate with Business Development, IDW Product Management, and EWS to discover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Broaden product reach across various segments of partner organizations to establish multi-channel ecosystems.
• Define, schedule, and lead Joint Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and internal teams.
• Act as the Finance liaison to track ACV ramp, create forecasts, and communicate pipeline health.
• Foster executive relationships between Equifax and partners’ C-suite.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve channel-specific sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and GTM toolkits.
• Equip partner sales teams with effective conversion strategies to drive end-consumer adoption and increase velocity.
• Work in partnership with Marketing and Sales on marketing materials, collateral, thought leadership, and joint prospect outreach.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel Sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience with B2B2C or Voluntary Benefit business models for enterprise-level employers is crucial.
• Experience in identity theft protection, cybersecurity, privacy, or consumer-facing digital products is a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in managing affiliate, reseller, and referral partnership frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to executive stakeholders and frontline sales teams.
• Strong familiarity with sales cycles, pipeline development, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and forecasting methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
