This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Manages the daily relationships for a portfolio of partner accounts, fostering trust among clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Acts as the primary point of contact and escalation route for partner inquiries and challenges.
• Creates and sustains an account strategy for each partner, aligning Brook’s capabilities with their objectives.
• Promotes the adoption and utilization of Brook’s Remote Care services to achieve measurable clinical and financial results.
• Facilitates regular business reviews that result in clear outcomes and actionable next steps.
• Identifies and assesses expansion opportunities, collaborating with the Partner Success team on renewals and enterprise-level discussions.
• Monitors partner satisfaction and retention risks, developing strategies for at-risk accounts.
• Converts partner performance metrics into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders.
• Ensures that partner feedback is communicated effectively to Product, Clinical Operations, and leadership teams.
• Collaborates across Partner Operations, Product, and Data to fulfill partner commitments.
• 3–5 years of experience in partner success, customer success, or account management, preferably with healthcare partners.
• Proven history of enhancing retention, adoption, and satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts.
• Proficient in leading business reviews and managing daily interactions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical aptitude — able to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for efficient work, with the discernment to verify outputs.
