This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Directly oversee a team of Senior Partner Success Managers, providing guidance, accountability, and a clear vision of excellence for the team.
β’ Manage your own portfolio of partners, taking responsibility for the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and growth.
β’ Establish trusted, high-touch relationships with partners, acting as their main advisor and point of contact throughout their sponsorship journey.
β’ Gain a thorough understanding of each partner's objectives and proactively align them with suitable opportunities within The Suite's platform, events, and programs.
β’ Convert partner activities into compelling ROI narratives, highlighting insights, successes, and strategic value that resonate with senior business leaders.
β’ Identify and secure growth opportunities, including upselling, expansions, and new partnership frameworks that align with partner needs and available resources.
β’ Monitor partner health metrics and proactively manage risks while ensuring renewal and expansion pipelines remain consistently robust.
β’ Lead and participate in the planning, execution, and tracking of partner-centric initiatives across the organization.
β’ Advocate for an AI-driven operating model by developing automations, agents, and tools that enhance results, scale team capacity, and improve the partner experience.
β’ Create and implement partner success agents for recurring workflows.
β’ Streamline data flows between Hubspot, Airtable, DocSend, Gmail, and other tools.
β’ Continuously enhance and expand the agent stack as the business evolves and new requirements arise.
β’ Document your agents and workflows to ensure the entire team can comprehend and sustain them.
β’ Proven track record in enterprise customer or partner success, managing complex and high-value relationships at a senior level.
β’ Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a natural talent for developing individuals and maintaining high standards.
β’ Background in working with partners or clients where in-person events, sponsorships, or experiential programming played a significant role in the relationship.
β’ Demonstrated capability to learn and thoroughly understand partner goals; additional credit for experience working with professionals in legal or finance sectors.
β’ Proven ability to lead or significantly contribute to AI-focused initiatives, whether through building automations, deploying agents, or promoting the use of AI tools within a team.
β’ Strong commercial acumen β comfortable identifying upselling and expansion opportunities and effectively driving them to closure.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex activities into executive-ready insights and building authentic rapport with senior stakeholders.
β’ Highly organized and data-driven, with a proactive approach to monitoring partner health metrics and responding to signals.
β’ Offers equity.
β’ Commission ranging from $40K to $80K.
