This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the partner portfolio across various partners, programs, and the AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions.
• Identify and address dependencies and conflicts across teams and time zones, ensuring priority initiatives are driven to completion.
• Enhance organizational operations by eliminating bottlenecks and manual tasks, creating robust and repeatable systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution among partner marketing, enablement, operations, and regional partner field teams.
• Collaborate with operations to define meaningful metrics and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Develop narratives, presentations, decks, and briefings for senior leadership, partners, QBRs, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee annual and quarterly planning, OKR tracking, QBRs, partner reviews, events, and priority assessments.
• Lead complex, high-priority special projects from inception to tangible results.
• Establish scalable internal frameworks and assist with hiring and onboarding processes.
• Manage partner leadership’s time, triage incoming requests, and focus on high-impact tasks.
• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and synthesis purposes.
• Design and implement AI agents and automations for recurring operational workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate multiple workstreams and execute intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen across marketing, enablement, operations, and sales perspectives.
• Ability to transform complex inputs into clear metrics, models, and actionable recommendations.
• Process- and systems-oriented mindset for identifying friction points and developing sustainable processes.
• Skill in anticipating dependencies, risks, and leadership requirements.
• Capacity to advance initiatives on behalf of partner leadership.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions and time zones.
• Executive presence and the ability to craft and present concise narratives to leadership and partners.
• Proficient understanding of AI tools; ideally capable of designing automations and developing agents.
• Strong writing skills to create decision-ready documentation.
• Several years of experience likely across strategy, programs, operations, consulting, or BizOps; hiring is based on judgment and potential rather than a specific number of years.
• Familiarity with the AI, cloud, or infrastructure ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience with partner programs, partner events, co-selling/co-marketing, or channel operations is advantageous.
• A background that combines strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferable.
• A design sensibility for creating polished decks and visuals is a plus.
