This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with technical stakeholders at ISV and SI partners: Establish strong relationships with partner SEs, engineering teams, and sales leaders at Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, The Trade Desk, while serving as the technical counterpart to our partner sales managers on collaborative opportunities.
• Assist the partner sales team by providing demo environments, enabling partners, conducting architecture reviews, and offering technical support at the deal level across ISV and SI initiatives.
• Conduct technical evangelism within partner organizations (including joint demos, reference architectures, and collaborative field activities) to position Hightouch as their primary CDP and Agentic Marketing partner.
• Gather insights for partner-informed product development with key ISVs: Collect technical feedback from the field and convert it into prioritized input for Product and Engineering, aimed at enhancing joint positioning and facilitating collaborative go-to-market strategies.
• Manage partner-driven product initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Partner Marketing teams.
• Identify integration gaps and joint-solution opportunities with Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, The Trade Desk, and work towards achieving outcomes that can be marketed by the partner field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture.
• Technical expertise comparable to a Solutions Engineer at Hightouch: adept at managing technical discussions from start to finish with customer and partner technical audiences.
• Proven history of influencing deals, adoption, or product direction through partners rather than solely through direct sales processes.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack: proficient in SQL and possess hands-on experience with at least one of Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with senior technical stakeholders (PMs, SAs, partner SEs) at major ISVs.
• Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences: data engineers, PMs, partner SEs, partner AEs, and executives.
• High level of agency, strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and customer meetings, as well as company and industry events.
