Partner Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to facilitate strategic partnerships.

• Showcase Drata and establish technical credibility with partners.

• Take ownership of partner enablement, encompassing technical training and partner certification materials.

• Assess partner ecosystems and provide product recommendations.

• Oversee project management of cross-functional workstreams to advance partnerships from the evaluation stage to launch.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify technical requirements.

• Assist with technical validation, solution design, and proof of concept initiatives.

• Handle the technical aspects of RFP and RFI responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS or security.

• Proven experience in supporting technical partnerships, partner ecosystems, or complex customer-facing technical operations.

• Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Background in delivering demos, presentations, training sessions, or enablement for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to establish credible relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.

• A robust technical foundation, including knowledge of software development, web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.

• Strong judgment, organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple partnership initiatives.
