This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Establish trusted, strategic relationships with partner executives and their Solutions Engineers.
• Formulate partner strategies through collaborative business planning and pinpoint technical growth opportunities.
• Deliver technical enablement to partner SEs via training sessions, workshops, certification support, and guidance on demos/PoCs.
• Collaborate with Cisco's regional field team SEs to synchronize on deals, exchange best practices, and ensure consistent architectural direction.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor across Cisco’s portfolio from solution design through to operationalization and value realization.
• Emphasize the value of Cisco solutions and convey distinctions to both technical and business decision-makers.
• Advocate for the partner's voice within Cisco to affect resources, enablement strategies, and future trajectories.
• Work alongside Partner Account Executives and engage with regional field teams and partner organizations to promote brand preference and growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, design, or solutions capacity.
• A diverse portfolio covering Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Data Center Networking, with a strong focus on Enterprise Networking.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence partner executives and their Solutions Engineers.
• CCNA, CCNP, or an equivalent networking certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet partners and participate in events.
• Must have authorization to work in the US; this position does not offer sponsorship.
• Previous partner/channel or partner-side SE experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with partner business models and managed services is preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, DevNet, AWS, Google, or Terraform are preferred.
• Knowledge of API, programmability, and automation is preferred.
• Understanding of competitive products, including HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet is preferred.
