Partner Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical advisor for key cloud, database, and technology partners.

• Conduct architecture workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical training, and hands-on onboarding for partners.

• Serve as the chief technical contact for strategic partner programs, guiding customers from initial introduction through to production.

• Design, validate, and document reference architectures for real-time data streaming, CDC, data integration, and AI functionalities.

• Collaborate with partner sales, engineering, and product teams on shared customer opportunities and solution playbooks.

• Create and prototype integrations between Striim and partner technologies.

• Relay partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering to shape product direction.

• Assist field Solution Architects and Sales teams during key customer engagements.

• Develop architecture guides, best practices, solution briefs, demo environments, and implementation documentation.

• Represent Striim at partner events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.

• Investigate emerging cloud, AI, analytics, database, and streaming technologies for potential partnership opportunities.

• Utilize AI-powered engineering, productivity, and developer tools to enhance solution development and partner enablement.

• Explore and showcase AI-driven use cases that integrate real-time streaming with AI, machine learning, and agentic AI architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Manager, Customer Engineer, or Technical Alliances.

• Proven experience in managing customer implementations and refining processes to expedite customer adoption.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Strong comprehension of real-time data streaming, Change Data Capture (CDC), data integration, ETL/ELT, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar enterprise data platforms.

• Working knowledge of APIs, cloud networking, security, Linux/Unix, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience in developing solution architectures, conducting POCs, and supporting technical pre-sales or partner engagements.

• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, SQL, Shell, or similar languages.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• A keen curiosity and the ability to learn about emerging cloud, AI, and enterprise data technologies.

• Experience using AI-powered productivity or development tools, with an interest in applying AI to enhance customer outcomes and technical workflows.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
