• Develop partner-led offerings that are predefined, utilizing PANW next-gen security platforms. This includes service descriptions, end-customer use cases, technology capabilities mapping, support models, delivery flows, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Recommend advisory, implementation, and/or managed services along with best practices tailored to the requirements interpreted from the partner, leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Support Business Development in assessing partner technical capabilities, both before the development of offers and prior to their launch.
• Provide technical enablement and assistance to relevant partner personnel (e.g., pre-sales support, delivery, operations, professional services, and/or consulting roles) as a trusted advisor through partner-specific webinars, workshops, and ongoing discussions, in addition to product-specific on-demand and instructor-led training.
• Create and influence technical documentation, including but not limited to offer development processes, technical collateral, internal systems flows, reference architectures, and insights for future improvements.
• Facilitate and manage environments for labs, demonstrations, partner training, and technology showcases to support partner offerings.
• Maintain, optimize, and refine our partner offerings throughout their lifecycle with new capabilities while ensuring efficient and consistent consumption by partners and end-customers.
• Advocate for internal enhancements that improve partner offers based on key insights and partner feedback, collaborating with Business Development to ensure alignment with broader business goals, including product innovations, new reference architecture models, process/system optimization, and technical program benefits.
• Collaborate with internal technical partners and act as a subject matter expert on technical partner offerings; this includes, but is not limited to, Domain Consultants, Developer Relations, Product Management & Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other internal SMEs.
• Responsible for discussing and emphasizing product alignment with partner requirements and differentiation.
• Design solutions that assist our partners in strengthening and simplifying their security posture.
• Assist our customers in building and enhancing their services around Cortex Cloud.
• Over 10 years of experience working in a technical capacity with systems integrators and/or enterprise customers.
• Experience in selling, demonstrating, installing, and/or troubleshooting cloud security products.
• Familiarity with Cloud Security technologies, including Runtime Security and CNAPP (DevSecOps, IaC, CloudOps).
• Experience with log management and SIEM is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and/or supporting technical offers with SP, MSSP, and/or GSI partners.
• Preferred experience in technical documentation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and the latest market trends is encouraged, as well as familiarity with and/or certification in Palo Alto Networks technologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of APIs, orchestration tools, scripting, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with G-Suite is preferred.
• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCSP, CCSK) are preferred.
