This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Join our organization as a Partner Solution Consultant, a vital position within the Customer Advocacy (CA) technical field team.
• Act as the main technical resource for the Partner Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, providing support to our sales managers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and implement structured enablement plans for designated partners, conducting workshops, "train-the-trainer" sessions, and technical coaching to bridge skill gaps and foster technical independence.
• Function as an observability architect and a member of the "Swat Team" for high-stakes partner-led initiatives, aiding in complex solution design, demonstrations, and Proofs of Value (POVs).
• Operate as an "air traffic controller" coordinating between internal teams (AEs, SCs, TSMs) and partners to identify the optimal path to success for every customer opportunity generated by Partners.
• Uphold project-level consistency for all engagements, monitoring risks, resource usage, and status in centralized systems.
• Relay "in the trenches" insights from partners and clients back to internal Product and Practice teams to shape future roadmaps and GTM strategies.
• Supervise partner-led project delivery to guarantee high-quality results, guiding partners through established implementation playbooks.
• Act as a technical escalation point and assess project health against Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering, particularly in cloud and application performance technologies.
• Extensive technical expertise in Observability concepts (APM, Infrastructure, Log Management) with the capability to convey technical value to both engineers and leadership.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• Knowledge of how to develop sustainable technical businesses within a partner network (SIs, MSPs, Resellers).
• Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing clear expectations, milestone tracking, and measurable results.
