
Partner Service Delivery Manager – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of partners, acting as the main point of contact for service delivery issues.
• Establish a consistent engagement schedule, which includes virtual business reviews (QBRs) and operational checkpoints.
• Cultivate robust relationships with partner stakeholders at both operational and leadership levels.
• Analyze partner performance and market trends to develop effective engagement strategies.
• Ensure that partners adhere to HP's service delivery standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and promote ongoing improvement.
• Assist partners in transitioning to proactive and predictive service delivery models.
• Work collaboratively with HP sales, channel, supply chain, and technical teams to bolster partner success.
• Track and manage essential performance indicators, such as Customer and partner satisfaction (sNPS), SLA compliance, operational performance metrics, and program adoption rates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in service delivery, operations management, or partner/account management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including proficiency in remote engagement.
• Capability to handle multiple partners and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with a history of utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) for regional support.
• Fully remote position with regular virtual interactions.
