This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with our sellers to foster genuine, long-lasting relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, and leadership, ensuring that Astound remains a priority.
• Inform Salesforce’s sales team about our distinctive capabilities and success narratives.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Salesforce Industry Partner Success Managers to identify opportunities within accounts that align with our offerings.
• Acquire account lists from targeted teams we are collaborating with to identify overlaps and potential opportunities.
• Expand your professional network to reach out and nurture relationships that can aid in pipeline development.
• Actively partner with Salesforce Partner Success Managers and field teams to pinpoint and qualify new sales leads.
• Emphasize breaking into "new logo" accounts through introductions led by partners.
• Support Client Partner Managers in deeply analyzing existing accounts by utilizing Salesforce’s internal insights and connections.
• Participate in sales calls with our internal sellers to offer partner-specific context and facilitate seamless introductions to Salesforce counterparts.
• Serve as the Astound advocate, continuously seeking opportunities within the team and across the organization.
• Review regular reports to highlight partner opportunities and provide monthly updates on progress and challenges to leadership.
• Stay informed about project successes to share win stories, case studies, and points of view within the partner community.
• Follow guidance on the "carve" process and business plan coordination at the beginning of the fiscal year to establish a roadmap for success.
• Collaborate with Alliance Support to ensure proper "tagging" on all pipeline opportunities for accurate tracking of partnership influence and revenue attribution.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales or Alliances, ideally in the enterprise software sector.
• Recent experience in the consulting industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Highly driven self-starter with excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proven capacity to adapt in a dynamic environment with minimal direction and to work effectively within a virtual, multicultural team.
