This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Drive the new business pipeline and revenue generation through collaborative selling alongside Microsoft account teams.
• Identify and target co-sell eligible opportunities in the Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, and Energy sectors.
• Enhance Tiger’s footprint within existing enterprise accounts by fostering strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, industry advisors, and executives while aligning capabilities with Microsoft’s industry and customer priorities.
• Take ownership of quarterly revenue goals linked to Microsoft-sourced and influenced pipelines.
• Collaborate with industry and delivery leaders to craft proposals and customer-ready materials.
• Establish trusted relationships with Microsoft field sellers, industry leaders, and partner teams.
• Promote awareness of Tiger’s capabilities among Microsoft’s industry teams.
• Engage in Microsoft account planning cycles and industry councils.
• Ensure Tiger is included in Microsoft’s internal deal orchestration processes.
• Align Tiger’s industry capabilities with Microsoft’s industry priorities and solution strategies.
• Create joint value propositions and co-sell strategies tailored to specific industries.
• Work with marketing to develop co-branded assets and event strategies.
• Identify gaps in Tiger’s offerings and collaborate to develop new accelerators.
• Utilize Microsoft partner programs and incentives to build and expedite the pipeline.
• Ensure that opportunities are accurately registered and advanced through the Microsoft partner portal.
• Monitor and report on pipeline, revenue influence, and field engagement metrics.
• Align efforts with Microsoft’s fiscal year priorities and scorecards.
• 10–12+ years of experience in partner sales, alliance management, or enterprise sales.
• Strong background in co-selling with Microsoft.
• In-depth knowledge of Data/AI, cloud transformation, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in at least one target industry; fluency across multiple industries is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Previous experience with a Microsoft partner or within Microsoft’s field organization is preferred.
• Understanding of Microsoft partner programs and co-sell processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft industry clouds, priorities, and solution strategies is preferred.
