This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full responsibility for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue objectives, with clear accountability for outcomes.
β’ Proactively identify, advance, and expedite joint opportunities alongside Workday and Elmo Account Executives.
β’ Facilitate deal execution, which includes aligning accounts, engaging partners, determining next steps, and following through from opportunity creation to closure.
β’ Maintain a structured partner operating rhythm, including weekly reviews of the pipeline, deal evaluations, and forecasting updates.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the pipeline by sustaining clean data and dependable forecasts in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
β’ Integrate partnerships into frontline selling processes, ensuring that AEs and SDRs consistently utilize Workday and Elmo in active deals.
β’ Directly support ongoing deals by participating in customer calls, shaping deal strategies, and coordinating partner involvement to enhance close rates.
β’ Monitor performance against objectives, swiftly identify gaps, and implement corrective measures to stay on track.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in partnerships within the enterprise SaaS sector.
β’ Proven accountability for pipeline and revenue goals.
β’ Practical experience working within the Workday ecosystem.
β’ Strong skills in deal management, follow-through, and disciplined execution.
β’ Ability to work autonomously with a heightened sense of urgency.
β’ Background in supporting co-sell initiatives linked to enterprise sales teams.
β’ Nice to Have: Established relationships with Workday Account Executives, AMs, and CSMs.
