Partner Public Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the initiation and implementation of partner public relations campaigns across various partner categories, including cloud hyperscalers, technology alliances, GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, and VARs.

• Propel proactive, integrated communications that underscore joint innovations, customer achievements, and business growth with leading partners.

• Supervise the entire partner press release process, from crafting messaging and materials to conducting cross-functional reviews and media outreach, ensuring uniformity and high standards across all outputs.

• Compose and refine impactful materials such as press releases, media Q&As, executive speaking notes, award submissions, and thought leadership pieces.

• Act as the PR representative in partner go-to-market meetings, collaborating closely with partner marketing and communications teams to pinpoint opportunities and foster alignment.

• Work alongside CrowdStrike’s Chief Business Officer and Global Alliances leadership to develop messaging that reflects their voice and perspective with minimal revisions needed.

• Collaborate with our global PR agencies to orchestrate campaigns, establish priorities, and guarantee seamless execution across different regions.

• Contribute to significant company events and initiatives by creating narratives that highlight CrowdStrike’s leadership within the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in directing PR or communications initiatives for global technology or cybersecurity firms.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple intricate projects with limited supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, particularly for press releases, media Q&As, award entries, and executive interview preparation, accompanied by strong editorial judgment and the capacity to create original narratives that require minimal alterations.

• Comprehensive understanding of partner ecosystems, including cloud hyperscalers, GSIs, MSSPs, service providers, and VARs.

• Experience in managing PR agencies and coordinating prominent, multi-company announcements.

• Established media relationships with business, technology, and cybersecurity publications.

• Confidence in collaborating with senior executives and partner communications teams to foster alignment and achieve results.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to foresee needs before being prompted.

• Proven track record in independently developing communication strategies and recommendations, balancing business objectives, partner requirements, and media opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
