This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop, establish, and oversee a top-tier partner program from inception, emphasizing ongoing innovation and enhancement.
• Drive the strategy, creation, and refinement of our partner portal to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for partners.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partner programs and initiatives, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
• Create and provide training and enablement materials to ensure our partners are equipped for success.
• Discover opportunities to simplify and automate processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner program management, ideally within the cybersecurity or identity security sectors.
• Demonstrated success in designing, sustaining, and innovating partner programs.
• Proven track record in developing and improving partner portals, with a keen focus on user experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a solid ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to think strategically and formulate long-term plans for partner achievement.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
