• Map, document, and enhance essential Partner Success and GTM processes.
• Take ownership of SOPs, QA checks, and process standards throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Identify manual or inefficient workflows and transform them into scalable methodologies.
• Lead operational enhancement initiatives that facilitate onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Ensure documentation remains up-to-date, clear, and user-friendly.
• Maintain data quality and hygiene across critical systems such as Planhat and Salesforce.
• Establish data standards, conduct audits, and resolve issues at their source.
• Monitor integration health and promptly flag data drops or system problems.
• Enhance system reliability to ensure that reporting and automation function confidently.
• Develop and refine automations across Planhat, Intercom, Salesforce, Make, and Zapier.
• Utilize APIs, JSON, and workflow logic to minimize manual tasks and enhance visibility.
• Create alerts, tasks, and operational triggers that promote proactive partner management.
• Support scaled onboarding, segmentation, code mapping, and partner readiness efforts.
• Standardize templates, checklists, and workflows across various lifecycle stages.
• Assist in operationalizing Digital PS motions such as post-go-live and scaled partner engagement.
• Construct and maintain straightforward dashboards for operational and lifecycle performance.
• Monitor metrics such as time to first value, go-lives, backlog health, system hygiene, and adoption.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Excellent attention to detail along with a passion for structure, process, and clear documentation.
• Proven experience in improving workflows, managing systems, and organizing chaotic operations.
• Confidence in using SQL, conducting data analysis, and performing root-cause investigations.
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, technical documentation, and AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce documentation that is genuinely utilized.
• Experience with Salesforce, Planhat, Intercom, or other comparable SaaS tools.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities consistently and follow through effectively.
• Interest in data analytics, scalable operations, and process enhancement within a SaaS environment.
• Nice to Haves:
• Background in Partner Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related SaaS operations position.
• Experience in constructing dashboards or working with reporting and BI tools.
• Familiarity with Planhat, Salesforce, Intercom, Make, Zapier, Loom, or similar applications.
• Basic scripting knowledge or a willingness to collaborate closely with technical teams.
• Strong skills in enablement or knowledge management.
