• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of services related to Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility.
• Propel performance in accordance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Guarantee consistent, precise, and timely execution across all processes.
• Manage SOPs, internal controls, and readiness for audits.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Audit, Legal, and Finance departments on SOX controls and evaluations.
• Actively identify and address operational risks.
• Lead and nurture a cross-functional operations team.
• Offer guidance on intricate cases and escalations.
• Foster accountability, ownership, and high-performance standards.
• Work alongside HRIS/IT on enhancements to Workday, Dayforce, and other systems.
• Promote process standardization, automation, and increased efficiency.
• Manage operational schedules and workflows.
• Supervise reporting, reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance on accruals, costing, and maintaining financial integrity.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR/Total Rewards operations.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Exposure to various Total Rewards functions (not limited to one area).
• Solid expertise in controls, compliance, and auditing (SOX experience preferred).
• Practical experience with HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with the regulatory frameworks of the U.S. and Canada.
