⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in a role that involves system ownership.

• Demonstrated capability to construct operational systems from the ground up, rather than merely maintaining or reporting on existing ones.

• Experience managing and expanding partner ecosystems, co-selling, and PRM tools such as Crossbeam, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound, or equivalent platforms.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nooks) to enhance workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Strong practical experience with Salesforce and other automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable), including data modeling, automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Excellent systems thinking ability, capable of simplifying complexity and designing for scalability.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making ownership-level decisions without detailed guidance.
