This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of and implement a comprehensive partner and channel marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns alongside partners, which include events, digital marketing, content creation, and enablement initiatives.
• Manage partner relationships from a marketing viewpoint, focusing on joint planning, execution, and performance assessment.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, GTM teams (Private Cloud), Sales, and Partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Propel pipeline development and measurable business outcomes through initiatives led by partners.
• Oversee marketing budgets and partner MDF funds, ensuring effective distribution and return on investment.
• Manage vendor relationships and execution, including agencies, events, and third-party service providers.
• Establish and enhance campaign performance tracking, providing reports on key performance indicators, pipeline contributions, and ROI.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot) to implement and scale campaigns effectively.
• Employ AI tools and agents to enhance efficiency, personalization, and overall campaign performance.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with partners, enabling them and maintaining program visibility across the ecosystem.
• 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly with experience in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
• Demonstrated capability to function in an end-to-end marketing role (strategy → execution → measurement).
• Significant experience working in intricate, matrixed environments with various stakeholders.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of or active usage of AI tools/agents to boost marketing productivity and outcomes.
• Experience in managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent project management and prioritization abilities, with the capability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• High levels of ownership, accountability, and discipline in execution.
