This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full responsibility for the execution of a portfolio of essential clients, including newsletter construction, content coordination, social media amplification, offline branding requests, and paid collaboration with Growth.
• Convert client goals into organized marketing strategies that align with GMV and growth objectives.
• Conduct weekly execution check-ins and oversee delivery timelines among stakeholders.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, and approvals across Social, Content, Growth, and any external creative teams.
• Ensure campaign integrity by handling segmentation requests, documentation, and launch checklists.
• Assist with onboarding and strategic client meetings as necessary, and oversee daily communications for designated clients when no Account Manager is assigned.
• Contribute to a centralized marketing calendar by offering accurate inputs, timelines, and capacity limitations.
• Engage in the preparation of client performance reports with Growth, concentrating on insights and subsequent actions.
• A strong passion and understanding of the industry in which we operate.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Clear, calm, and structured communication when interacting with clients.
• Practical knowledge of campaign execution tools (newsletter platforms, content workflows, basic analytics).
• A disciplined approach to tracking (UTMs, documentation, segmentation coordination).
• Comfort in navigating multiple markets and engaging with various stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.
