This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Establish and cultivate robust relationships with partners, distributors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Oversee daily management of ongoing partner relationships.
• Work in close collaboration with partners as well as local sales and marketing teams.
• Develop comprehensive and targeted go-to-market (GTM) strategies for specific solutions.
• Plan, manage, and assist in the execution of partner GTM marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create a marketing plan that strategically aligns with the utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
• Supervise partner events and campaign execution with full ownership.
• Lead the planning and execution of sponsorships for Partner events, Partner Summits, client events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Establish and maintain a calendar of all partner marketing activities.
• Track the execution of joint marketing campaigns, leads generated, and return on investment (ROI).
• Proactively identify and address any client or partner issues.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in the APAC market within a Business-to-Business IT environment, ideally with hyperscale partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or large Global Systems Integrators (GSI).
• Experience in multi-channel B2B marketing teams within enterprise software/SaaS settings.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate B2B marketing campaigns and co-sell programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data insights into actionable marketing strategies and to utilize data for strategic decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in processes, adhering strictly to project requirements.
• Previous experience in a Marketing role, particularly with low-code platforms, AI-powered solutions, or workflow automation technologies, including planning and developing comprehensive strategic marketing campaigns with budget management and allocation.
• Solid understanding of various online and offline marketing campaign types.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the capability to present information effectively.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language would be an advantage (Indonesian/Thai/Vietnamese/Japanese/Korean/Mandarin/Hindi).
