Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage Strategic Partner Relationships

• Act as the main marketing liaison for BNB Chain's premier ecosystem partners, including DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, wallets, and institutional integrations

• Establish trusted, long-lasting relationships with partner marketing and growth teams, aligning on mutual goals and combined KPIs

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of partner products and target audiences to create narratives that resonate within the BNB Chain ecosystem and beyond

• Plan and implement co-marketing initiatives across social media, events, newsletters, AMAs, and thought leadership — proactively proposing campaign ideas rather than merely responding to incoming requests

• Convert technical integrations and product launches into clear, distinct value propositions for developers, traders, builders, and mainstream users

• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, content, social media, events, design, PR) and external partner stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with messaging

• Create partner case studies, co-authored opinion pieces, launch announcements, and educational materials that position BNB Chain as the go-to platform for builders

• Write and refine content across various formats — social threads, long-form articles, press releases, one-pagers — with accuracy and a consistent voice

• Develop sales enablement and co-marketing resources that enable partners to effectively represent BNB Chain in their own channels

• Establish success metrics for each partner campaign and rigorously monitor performance

• Extract data-driven insights on ecosystem activity to uncover the most compelling partner narratives and highest-impact opportunities

• Clearly report on partner marketing outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, with a background in blockchain/web3 and/or financial services

• Strong understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing

• Proven experience in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns and growth marketing strategies

• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive go-to-market execution with both internal and external teams

• Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting and creating scalable structures and processes

• In-depth knowledge of the BNB Chain ecosystem and its key projects

• Experience with RWA, DeFi, and institutional blockchain integrations

• Multilingual skills or experience in international markets are advantageous
