This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee global partner marketing initiatives for HPE within the Intel Global Partner Marketing team.
• Drive strategic decisions that align the global go-to-market strategies of HPE and Intel with regional execution.
• Lead the design, activation, iteration, and assessment of go-to-market strategies across consumer, commercial client, and data center segments.
• Collaborate with HPE account sales teams to synchronize marketing and sales investments, enhancing the consumption of Intel-based products.
• Implement an integrated 4P go-to-market strategy that supports revenue objectives of the account teams.
• Ensure alignment of investment execution between Intel and HPE sales and marketing teams.
• Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans HPE's investment portfolio and campaigns.
• Guide marketers in developing co-branded campaigns, integrating product messaging, and producing competitive marketing content.
• Connect HPE's product portfolio and value propositions with Intel's direct campaigns and launch activities.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for go-to-market strategies, product launches, and events.
• Manage global marketing budgets and oversee activity approvals using the Co-Marketing tool.
• Act as the primary liaison between corporate and field teams to ensure alignment on business outcomes and action plans.
• Oversee product strategies that enhance partner alliances within business units.
• Facilitate sales and revenue growth for Intel.
• Work collaboratively with global and regional marketing, sales teams, business groups, field sales account teams, and HPE partners.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing within a Fortune 50 technology company.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role in a global sales or marketing organization.
• Must reside in Santa Clara, CA, or Houston, TX.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter as necessary, and more if required.
• Previous experience with OEM or hardware is preferred.
• Experience in project and program management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to work effectively with peers across different organizations and management levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
• Must reside and work in the United States, where Intel has a legal presence.
