
Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and implement partner marketing strategies that are in line with regional priorities and business goals.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to onboard partners, pinpoint strategic accounts, and establish joint marketing priorities.
• Foster and utilize partner relationships to enhance brand recognition and generate leads within the partner community.
• Create and execute integrated co-marketing initiatives (co-branded materials, webinars, events, digital programs) that promote partner engagement and drive pipeline growth.
• Design and carry out multilingual campaigns that align with the dynamics of regional markets and the capabilities of partners.
• Identify chances for collaborative participation in regional events, trade shows, and activities hosted by partners.
• Work alongside partners on joint marketing initiatives and training programs to ensure consistent product positioning and value propositions.
• Track and evaluate partner engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact.
• Serve as the administrator for the partner marketing rebate program, incentivizing and reinforcing preferred behaviors among channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing operations and sales teams on lead identification, attribution, routing, and reporting on partner-driven pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or Business.
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in partner marketing or channel marketing.
• Familiarity with software, SaaS, or technology sectors (experience in BI or analytics technology is advantageous).
• Proven track record in building and sustaining strategic relationships that promote mutual growth.
• Experience in contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an understanding of demand generation strategies and funnel metrics.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements.
• Proficient in the use of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.
