This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Drive demand for new partners across resellers, MSSPs, auditors, and GSIs by creating collateral and programs such as pitch decks, partner webinars, and email marketing.
• Utilize Hyperproof’s broader marketing campaigns and demand generation programs to specifically enhance growth in new partnerships.
• Assist our partner GTM organization with 1:1 and ABM initiatives aimed at acquiring targeted partner organizations.
• Develop and sustain impactful partner enablement programs, including enablement decks, webinars, and newsletters to accelerate the time-to-value for new partners.
• Collaborate with and support various internal partner programs aimed at boosting partner adoption, such as partner training, partner portals, certification programs, and partner communities or advisory boards.
• Work directly with partners to design and implement integrated campaigns aimed at acquiring mutual logos, generating pipeline, and upselling to existing customer bases.
• Produce co-branded collateral, templates, and scalable campaign kits that empower partners to self-serve.
• Co-host webinars and in-person events to aid partner-led ABM outreach, while strategizing for field programs like executive dinners and event sponsorships.
• Coordinate joint PR, customer success stories, media announcements, and social amplification to highlight strategic alliances and market achievements.
• Ensure partners are onboarded smoothly, actively engaged, and demonstrating high utilization rates of co-marketing campaigns and programs.
• Foster seamless communication and operational alignment between the Marketing team and the Partner GTM organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on channel, alliance, or partner marketing in a B2B SaaS setting (experience in compliance, risk, or cybersecurity ecosystems is advantageous).
• Previous experience collaborating with various partner types, especially resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and/or auditors.
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter who is comfortable establishing strategy in new environments, has a strong bias for action, and balances strategic program design with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across external partner teams and internal organizations (marketing, sales, product, operations).
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Note: Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
